Thank you for ordering takeaway from Berry Curry Huus! We pride ourselves on fresh, high-quality Indo-Asian cuisine. Because all of our dishes are prepared to order and perishable, we cannot accept returns once food has been purchased. However, your satisfaction matters—if something’s not right, please let us know and we’ll make it right.
1. No Returns on Perishable Food

All food items are final sale. Once you’ve picked up or received your order, it cannot be returned to the kitchen.
2. When a Refund May Be Issued
We understand that mistakes or issues can happen. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis if one of the following applies:

Wrong item: We prepared or packaged the incorrect dish.

Damaged or spoiled: Your order arrived in a condition that makes it unsafe or unappetizing.

Quality concern: There was a clear error in preparation (e.g. missing main ingredient, extreme under- or over-cooking).
3. How to Request a Refund

Provide your order number, the item(s) affected, and a brief description (photos are helpful if something arrived damaged or spoiled).

We will review your request—typically within 4 business hours—and let you know whether we can offer a full or partial refund, or a complimentary replacement.
4. Refund Process

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

For cash-on-pickup orders, we will arrange either:

An in-store credit for a future order, or
-
A bank transfer to your account (please provide account details).

5. Exceptions

Custom or special-order menu items (e.g. bespoke catering platters) may have modified refund guidelines—details will be noted at the time of order.

Sale items, gift cards, and service fees are non-refundable.
